Several Vacaville Community Centers are available for rental activities including birthday parties, weddings, meetings, and other activities.

Depending on the nature of your event, you may be required to submit a special events application. Your customer service representative will let you know if you need to complete the application.
Special Events include community wide events such as parades, craft faires, festivals, and bike races. Once the special events application is recieved, the Special Events Team will contact you to set up a meeting time or discuss the necessary permits.

Temporary Use Permits
Temporary Use Permits are requried for tent sales, sidewalk sales, concerts on private property and other uses.
If you are unsure if your event requires a Temporary Use Permit, please fill out and submit the Special Events Application. The Special Events Team will notify you if you need a Temporary Use Permit.
