Help seniors this holiday season! This program provides seniors who live at home or in a care facility with a gift for the holidays. We’re in need of sponsors, individuals or groups who can purchase a gift and deliver to recipient. Kaiser Permanente’s Aging Well: Wednesdays, 4/15-4/29 from 9:30-11am, FREE

This free, three-week series explores topics related to aging and health, such as healthy eating, exercise and sleep, medication (including alternative medicine) and future life care planning. You do not have to be a Kaiser member to participate. These classes are taught by Kaiser Permanente staff, including health educators, pharmacists and physical therapists.
