Park Amenities Disclosure

The City of Vacaville is taking precautions to minimize potential exposure and spread of COVID-19 through the community. Parks, trails, and open space will remain open at this time. However, all Community Centers, indoor facilities, playgrounds, BBQ and Picnic areas are closed. Basketball nets and hoops are not currently available. Park group gatherings are not permitted at this time. We will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.

We urge community members to practice safe social distancing by staying at least 6 feet apart, to wash and sanitize hands thoroughly, wear a cloth mask, and stay home if you feel sick or have a fever. Thank you for your part in flattening the curve.

Lagoon Valley payment is still being collected. While there has been a temporary lack of enforcement during the pandemic, this is no longer the case. The new Park Ranger will assist with parking enforcement, education, and maintenance needs.


There are two electronic pay stations available at Lagoon Valley Park that accept exact cash, debit cards and credit cards. No change will be given. The PARK MOBILE APP (Zone# 2789) is available for those who wish to pay through the app for the daily parking fee only.

For those using the park to pay pay station to enter and use the parking lot, there is a $5 daily cost and an option to purchase a $25 six month pass after which one can upgrade to an annual pass for an additional $25. 

If you have a vehicle with a DV (Disabled Veteran) plate, there is no vehicle charge to enter the park.

Anyone purchasing a pass will only be allowed one (1) vehicle per pass. 

To purchase a six month pass

You will need to take the following steps:

  1. Tap on the keypad to wake up the system (it’s solar)
  2. Enter your vehicle license plate number (click ok) – PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU ENTERED YOUR PLATE CORRECTLY.  If not, cancel to start over.
  3. Select 1: Purchase Day/6m Pass (click ok)
  4. Select Option 2:  $25 six month pass (click ok)
  5. Click No – Do you have an existing pass?
  6. You will need to enter either a credit/debit card or exact cash (no change and no refunds given)

Select OK for receipt

(if you did not receive a receipt, please email to request a receipt and provide your vehicle license plate number.

You are finished. 

If you want to extend the six month pass to an annual pass, do this:

Take the following steps to extend the six month pass for an additional six months/an annual pass

  1. Tap on the keypad to wake up the system (it’s solar)
  2. Enter your vehicle license plate number again (click ok)
  3. Select 2: Upgrade 6m Pass to Yr (click ok)
  4. Select Option 1:  $25 six month pass (click ok)
  5. You will need to enter either a credit/debit card or exact cash
  6. Waiting for the transaction to process, remove card, click ok for receipt
