Community Parks

Park and Rentals Fees

Portions of Andrews Park, Arlington Park, Lagoon Valley Park (including the Pena Adobe historical area) and Magnolia Park are available to rent for group picnics, sports and other events.

In addition to these park venues, the City also offers a one-acre manicured garden (located behind the Ulatis Community Center) that can be rented for weddings and other outdoor events.

Al Patch Park

1750 California Drive, west of Peabody Road

Al Patch Park is equipped with three lighted softball fields, one lighted football field, an all-purpose track, restrooms, and a concessions stand.


Andrews Park

614 E. Monte Vista Ave., north of East Main Street

Home of the Downtown CreekWalk, this park features many special events throughout the year. The 17.9-acre park also includes the large, community-built Great Wonders playground, a trail along the creek with historical kiosks, two rentable picnic areas with BBQs, electrical outlets, an open-air stage and restroom building. 


Arlington Park

505 Foxboro Parkway, east of Peabody Road

The 18-acre park includes a covered group picnic area with 12 tables, a playground, four ball fields (three with lights), a TGIFun youth building, restrooms and a concession building. There is off-street parking for 200 cars.


Centennial Park

501 Browns Valley Parkway

This 265-acre park includes three youth-size baseball fields and one full-size baseball field with restroom and concession buildings, four soccer fields (operated by VYSL, Vacaville Youth Soccer League), an asphalt-surfaced Wiffle Ball field and roller hockey court, four tennis courts, a new off-leash dog area with separate fenced areas for both large and small dogs, parking for 380 vehicles, more than three miles of paved and unpaved hiking trails that meander throughout 213 acres of wetlands and undeveloped parkland.



Keating Park

1310 California Drive

25-acre park includes picnic tables, seven baseball diamonds (five with lights), three grandstands, two restrooms and a concession stand. There are also individual picnic facilities and off-street parking for 155 cars. 


Lagoon Valley Park/Pena Adobe Park

Pena Adobe Road just off of Interstate 80

314-acre park includes the historic Pena Adobe home with museum and two rentable large-group picnic areas with barbecues, horseshoe pits, multi-purpose field areas, many miles of multi-use trails that provide public access into several hundred acres of adjoining Open Space, a 100-acre lake that may be used for non-motorized boating, a 27-hole disc golf course, an outdoor archery range, an electric model flying field, a rentable small-group picnic shelter, many individual picnic tables, and a 30,000-square foot fenced in dog park complete with shade trees and canine drinking fountains.

Park Entrance Fees
Lagoon Valley Park has a parking fee of $5 per vehicle per day. An annual pass, valid for one year from date of purchase, is available for $50. Pedestrians, equestrians and bicyclists do not need a permit. Two electronic pay stations have been installed and accept credit cards and cash. 


Nelson Park

1899 Marshall Road

The 13-acre park has two lighted softball fields with bleachers, a concession building, and restrooms.  The park also has a playground for 5-12 year-olds, several individual picnic tables, off-street parking for 108 vehicles, and easy access to the Alamo Creek bikeway.


Three Oaks Park

1100 Alamo Drive (at Marshall Road)

This 12-acre park is home of the Three Oaks Community Center and the Graham Aquatic Center (both with their own separate rentable facilities).  The park has a playground, a basketball court, an in-ground skatepark, four lighted tennis courts, a native grasses demonstration garden, an open-turf area, off-street parking for 228 vehicles, and easy access to the Alamo Creek Bikeway.

Alamo Creek Park

9.5-acre park featuring well-shaded picnic tables, a playground, two tennis courts, ½ basketball court, nine fitness stations located along the soft-surfaced perimeter walking path, several small garden areas, and a horseshoe pit.

Arbor Oaks Park
Arbor Oaks Drive (at Leeward Court)
3-acre park includes several picnic tables, play equipment for 2-5 year-olds and 5-12 year olds, and open turf surrounded by many large shade trees.

Browns Valley Park

4.4-acre park that includes a TGIFun youth building, play equipment for 2-5 year-olds and 5-12 year-olds,picnic tables, open turf play area with a portable backstop.

Cambridge School Park
3490 Nut Tree Road
3.4-acre park with a TGIFun youth building, several individual picnic tables, a playground, a large open turf playfield with two backstops, and a 10-station par course.

Cannon Station Park
Ruby Drive and Opal Way
6.5-acre park features a large playground with a tot lot, several picnic tables, a tennis court, four ½ basketball courts in combination with a roller blade/hockey surface, and a large, open-turf play field.

City Hall Park
Located City Hall on Walnut Street
1.6-acre park acre park includes seven well-shaded picnic tables with a large barbecue, a bocce ball court, fitness equipment, and an open turf area.

Cooper School Park
800 Christine Drive (adjacent to Cooper School)
6.6-acre park with a TGIFun youth building, a full basketball court, three individual picnic tables,  and a large multi-purpose playfield.

Corderos Park
Parkside Drive, North Village
7.2-acre park includes a picnic shelter with four tables and barbecue, a playground with sand/water play, a large playfield, and a 0.37 mile perimeter walking/running path.

Fairmont/Beelard Park
Bordered by Beelard Drive, Alamo Creek and Putah South Canal
5.2-acre park has a playground, three picnic tables, a basketball court a multi-purpose playfield with three backstops, a jogging path, and access to the Alamo Creek Bike Trail.

Hawkins Park
301 Summerfield Drive (at Newport Circle)
3.1-acre park includes a playground and 4 picnic tables (with two barbecues), two tennis courts with a backboard, a basketball court, horseshoe pit, and a 10-station exercise course and an open turf area with backstop.

Larsen Park
1800 Alamo Drive
This 4.3 acre park features two softball fields with bleachers, 55 off-street parking spaces, a native tree demonstration garden, and easy access to the Southside Bike Trail.

Little Oak Park
451 Salisbury Circle (in Southtown)
This one-acre park features a playground, a picnic shelter with three tables, and surrounding areas of turf and trees. 

Magnolia Park
215 Cogburn Circle
The six-acre park features three separate rentable picnic shelters with barbecues all arranged around a super-sized playground with a custom spray-play feature.  The park also has several individual picnic sites, a restroom building, full-size basketball court, softball field, open turf areas and off-street parking 


Meadowlands Park

8-acre park features a playground, a large playfield with three backstops, a basketball court, restrooms, a picnic shelter, a TGIFun youth building, and 47 off-street parking spaces

Normandy Meadows Park
1031 Meadowlark Drive Meadowlark Drive (at Chateau Circle)
14,000 square feet of turf. 

North Orchard Park
805 North Orchard Avenue (between Crestview and Dennis Drive)
This 7.8-acre park includes a playground, a small picnic area, a multi-purpose turf field with backstop, four tennis courts, a ½ basketball court, a paved walking trail and provides the northern-most access to the 1.3 mile long PG&E Bike Trail. 

Padan Park
801 Marshall Road (at Padan School Road)
This 6.5-acre park has a TGIF Youth building, a playground, five picnic tables with barbecues, a large turf playfield with soccer goals and, two backstops, a basketball court, and a paved walking trail with easy access to the Southside Bike Trail. 

Patwin Park
805 Elmira Road (East of Leisure Town Road)
This 5-acre park includes a playground, a couple picnic tables, a basketball court, an asphalt-surfaced volleyball court, a multi-purpose playfield with a backstop, and serves as the east-most trailhead for the Alamo Creek Bikeway

Pheasant Country Park
Fronting on Madison Avenue (north of Larkspur Drive)
This 7-acre park includes a playground, a large playfield with one backstop, a basketball court, six individual picnic sites with barbecues, and a perimeter walking path with a 10-station exercise course

Ridgeview Park
850 Tipperary Drive (at Bluewater Drive)
7.3-acre park with a playground, a picnic shelter with seven tables, a basketball court, a large multi-purpose playfield with backstop, an exercise/fitness circuit, and off-street parking for 37 vehicles.

Sierra Vista School Park
Bel Air Drive off of Alamo Drive
4.2-acre park with a paved walking path and a multi-purpose playfield.

Southwood Park
1801 Southwood Drive
This 4-acre park includes a playground, a basketball court, six individual picnic sites, a native plan garden with decomposed-granite walking trail, and easy access to the Alamo Creek Bike Trail.

Stonegate Park
150 Stonegate Drive (corner of Stonewood Drive)
This 6-acre park has a large playground, a tot lot, a fitness course, a picnic area, a multi-purpose playfield with a portable backstop and a full-size basketball court.

Trower Park
500 Markham Avenue (at Holly Lane)
4-acre park includes a playground, a tot lot, two individual picnic sites with barbecues a basketball court, an open-turf play area, and nine parking spaces

Willows Park
380 Ogden Way
This 2-acre park includes a playground, a basketball court, three individual picnic sites, and a multi-purpose playfield.
