Final Vanden Meadows Specific Plan and Approved Project

Below is a link to the revised Vanden Meadows Specific Plan.  The primary objective of the Specific Plan is to create development standards and a land use plan for the Vanden Meadows area that satisfies the overall goals of the City while recognizing and tying into the Southtown Project and its design theme. The Specific Plan provides information on the visions and goals of the project; land use; transportation and circulation; recreation and open space; public facilities and more.

Vanden Meadows Final Environmental Impact Report

The City of Vacaville has prepared this Environmental Impact Report to provide the general public and interested public agencies with information about the potential environmental impacts of the Vanden Meadows Specific Plan and Development Project (Proposed Project). This Final EIR was prepared in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the CEQA Guidelines, and the City of Vacaville’s rules, regulations, and procedures for the completion of environmental documents, specifically Environmental Impact Reports. The Final EIR consists of the Responses to Comments document, containing responses to all comment received on the Draft EIR, and the Revised Draft EIR. These are large files and may load slowly.
