Three Oaks Community Center is over 40 years old. While successfully providing needed services to the community, it is in need of a major refresh in order to continue to meet programming needs, and meet 21st Century energy and operations management practices.
City Council has taken the first step by approving an initial $500,000 for preliminary designs and anticipated construction costs. We have contracted with MIG Inc. to perform a Facility Assessment which is currently under review with staff. We anticipate bringing options back to City Council in early 2020.
