Keating Park first began operating in 1962 and has served generations of little league players.  The current 24-acre park boasts seven baseball fields of various sizes and includes all the necessary supporting facilities.

Over time, the parking lot and drive isles' asphalt surfacing has cracked and disintegrated leaving potholes and low spots where water accumulates and causes further erosion of the surface.

A portion of Measure M funding has been allocated to rehabilitate this heavily used parking lot.  Public Works staff has partnered with Coastland Civil Engineering to design the necessary repairs in preparation for rehabilitation which is slated for 2020.
