BIDS: Capital Improvement Projects (CIP)

Bids for Capital Improvement Projects are administered by the Engineering Services Division of the Public Works Department. The City does not maintain a list of contractors, consultants, or vendors for Capital Improvement Projects. Bid opportunities are advertised in the local newspaper (the Reporter), trade publications, and builders' exchanges. A CIP Status Report is posted quarterly.

To be notified of bid opportunities for the products or services that you supply, you may download and complete a Bid List Application.

ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER

City of Vacaville provides electronic funds transfers (EFT) for vendor payments. This service eliminates the need for paper checks. Current vendors may sign up for this service by contacting Accounts Payable at 449-5122 or 449-5325. The authorization form is available on-line at EFT Form.
