Proposal would add an Urban Reserve chapter to the Vacaville Land Use and Development Code, and would change Vacaville General Plan policies to allow consideration of a future General Plan amendment for the Farm at Alamo Creek future specific plan property.

The City is proposing an ordinance addressing accessory dwelling units, also known as granny flats, secondary living units, or mother in law units. State law requires cities to allow accessory dwelling units, but allows local jurisdictions to adopt development standards.
