Synder Filtration, a membrane filtration company with headquarters and operations in Vacaville, has been awarded a $120,000 Cal Competes Tax Credit by the state of California.
While drainage across a property line can be an issue for many, Vacaville does not have an ordinance that explicitly regulates cross lot drainage between residential subdivision lots.
